Q: what if I want more than just the base model, or I have some specific requests to make?
A: ask, and we shall negotiate :)

Q: I don't like how my commission has turned out, and I'm afraid to ask you for a fix up.
A: please don't be! you have a week after the commission to look at it and get back to us if you need something brushed up. if you don't like how it looks at all, that can be discussed on a case-to-case basis, too

Q: what if I can't pay you the second part of the payment?
A: we will politely wait until you can, but if you still can't after a month and don't seem to look for a way to resolve this, we'll close the deal. sorry :(

Q: can I split my payment into more parts?
A: nope. Leo's very bad at doing taxes. you could, however, pay a slightly differing amount as your first payment, making it up in your next payment.
